Marigold and its clients are fortunate to have the insight of CPA and valuation expert Bill Karben on our team. Bill Karben graduated from Iowa State University in 1987 and has taken additional undergraduate and graduate level classes from Western Illinois University and the University of Iowa. Karben has been in public accounting for over 15 years including 11 years with a national accounting firm before joining a locally owned Quad Cities accounting firm in 2008. Karben has been instrumental on valuing and packaging effective acquisition strategies for both sellers and buyers. He is actively involved in the accounting profession, including being the past president of the local CPA and IMA associations and currently serves on the boards of two local non-for-profits.
